Little Monster

Rafe is now refered to as "Little Monster" at our house. That is the name given to the fans and followers of Lady Gaga. Yes, Rafe is a Little Monster. He loves her music. WHAT?????!!!

Beach 2010

We had the BEST time at the beach with Pop and Gram. Stella Ross absolutely LOVES the ocean and sand. The challenge was keeping it out of her mouth! She slept better there than she does at home. I guess the beach wears her out! Rafe had a ball playing with his Daddy and Pop for a whole week. I regret I didn't get a picture of the two things that excited him as much as anything at the beach: the golf cart Cory rented and the stray kitty that wandered up to our house and spent the week with us. Rafe had a blast riding on the golf cart and enjoyed feeding the kitty and trying to keep it on the porch when we left each time. Lucky for Cory we already have a cat we love or this one would have appeared in one of our bags on the ride home! Stella Ross and Rafe are so lucky to have such wonderful grandparents to go on vacation with. Thank you, Pop and Gram, for a FABULOUS week. We love you!

On the go and in style!

Stella Ross is officially on the go. She decided right before we left for the beach to try this crawling thing out. She gets up on all fours and manages to scoot/crawl/rock to get where she wants to go. Rafe was so proud of her and decided to dress her up with a couple of bows so she would look good for her photo shoot!

Move Over!

Since Stella Ross likes to get in Rafe's bed, he decided he would try hers out. He woke Stella Ross up from her nap and climbed on in. I don't know which one was more excited!

Rub-A-Dub Dub!

One of Stella Ross's favorite things to do is take a bath. I think she could stay in there for hours. (but who couldn't!!). She especially loves her rubber ducky her Daddy brought her from Boston!

Roly Poly

Gone are the days of Stella Ross staying where you put her. We are THROUGH with the changing table and are now chasing her all over to put her clothes on. I cannot imagine how fast she will be when she finally decides to crawl (which appears to be any day now!). Stella Ross loves to find new places in her room and I love to watch her move around and discover new things. Her favorite thing to do is prop her feet up on her ottoman!

Swagger Wagon

Yes, I have joined the mini-van club and LOVE it. I am really enjoying the new ride and so are the kids!!

Great Wolf Lodge

Last weekend Cory and I took Rafe on a surprise trip to the Great Wolf Lodge. Rafe had been wanting to go there for a long time and we thought he would enjoy a little alone time with Mommy and Daddy. We all had a blast! Rafe loved his Wolf Den, especially the private television and remote. I think he could have stayed in there the whole time. The water park was fabulous. The temperature is 84 degrees year round. I missed my sweet Stella Ross SO MUCH, but she was JUST fine getting spoiled by her Gram.

Funny Girl!

Stella Ross is developing the BEST personality. She is the happiest baby in the world and so much fun. Cannot believe she is about to be 7 months old!
