Who stole the candy from the candy jar???

Clue #1

Clue #2

Busted!!!

Wonderful Wednesday!

Fall Baseball

Rafe is playing baseball this fall and we are all having a blast. We spend every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday night at the ball field. (I think my van would automatically drive there now.) Rafe's baseball field is located at Kid's Planet and Stella Ross has become so accustomed to watching him play that she completely forgets the playground is right around the corner! It could be due to the fact that she has a precious little girl who adores her every move and plays with her the entire game. They are so cute together! This little girl holds her, colors and plays dolls with her, and chases her. It is a win-win for all of us. Rafe is playing with the same group of boys that he has been with since T-ball and we are so thankful for that. He enjoys it and, thankfully, Stella Ross does too!

So blessed!

I heard a song on the radio today (my first song on the play list) that I have not heard in a very long time. It reminded me of just how lucky I am and how blessed I am to be called "Mommy". Often times we all get a little stressed with work, school, ball games, cleaning, packing lunches, etc. that we don't stop to think, "What if I didn't have it all to do? What would my life really be like?" I know how blessed I am and thank God every day for my precious babies, but it was very refreshing to hear this song to remind me.

Thank God for kids!

Rafe's 7th Birthday!

My baby boy turned 7 on Sunday (sigh) and what a wonderful weekend we had celebrating! Friday Gram, Stella Ross and I had lunch with Rafe at school (complete with popsicles) and Daddy brought home a delicious BIG cookie. Yum Yum!

We decided to give Rafe an early birthday present so he could enjoy it over the weekend, and boy did he. He has AT LEAST 100 miles on his scooter already. What fun!

Sunday (his actual birthday) was a day full of celebrating. Rafe woke up to his favorite wrestler holding tickets to WWE Smackdown at the Bi-Lo Center and this was a HUGE hit!

A million dollar chocolate bar - Rafe's two favorite things!

Rafe chose to have a bowling party and everyone really seemed to have a great time. The boys enjoyed bowling and then each child was presented with their very own WWE Championship belt, complete with a unique wrestling name.

After the party we surprised Rafe with dinner at his favorite restaurant, Kanpai.

Happy Birthday, Rafe! We love you SO much!
