Go Pirates!

What a great day! Rafe had his first T-Ball game today and, boy, was it a lot of fun. First we had his team baseball pictures and then we hurried to the field for the game. Rafe was so excited about using his new GREEN baseball bat. Wow, what a difference 6 months has made. Rafe's first soccer game was not exciting for him. His baseball games are a different story. He never looks back!

Rafe enjoys being the pitcher for his team, but he is still getting used to wearing that "fweaty helmet" the whole game. He was really "fweaty" today. It was hot, but a beautiful day for baseball.

All of the boys and girls were so cute in their uniforms. I don't think Rafe's uniform will ever come clean. He slid all over the field and then, of course, climbed on everything at Kid's Planet after the game. I am finding out that's just what boys do!!

I am already looking forward to next Saturday. Baseball season is a lot of fun. GO RAFE!!!
